Plume Named Finalist in Three Categories for the 2026 Fierce Network Innovation Awards

Recognition spans AI-native network intelligence, agentic customer care and digital care transformation with TELUS

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 23, 2026 — Plume Design, Inc. (“Plume”), the award-winning AI-native platform used by more than 450 internet service providers (ISPs) across 60+ countries to run the securely connected home, today announced that it has been selected as a finalist in three categories of the 2026 Fierce Network Innovation Awards. The awards honor the groundbreaking technologies, transformative solutions and visionary leaders accelerating the evolution of global connectivity. The Plume Platform was named a finalist in the AI in Live Telecom Networks; AI-Driven Customer Experience; and 2026 Operator-Vendor Partnership of the Year categories.

“Recognition across AI-driven network intelligence, customer experience and an operator partnership validates what differentiates Plume: connecting what is happening on the network to what needs to happen for the subscriber,” said Dan Herscovici, CEO of Plume. “ISPs need intelligence that triggers the right action and care that carries the customer through to resolution. That is how they build subscriber confidence, earn the right to retain that household’s business and sell additional services. We focus on turning those capabilities into lower support costs, stronger retention and revenue growth for our ISP customers. We are honored to be recognized as finalists in multiple categories and look forward to expanding our relationships with innovative partners like TELUS, which is delivering on its customer experience vision.”

The finalist selections recognize two powerful capabilities of the Plume Platform and its digital care partnership with TELUS:

AI in Live Telecom Networks

Plume Platform: AI-Native Network Intelligence and Orchestration

The Plume Platform, which is deployed in more than 450 ISP networks around the world, turns telemetry from connected homes, devices, applications and services into actionable network intelligence, connecting issue detection and diagnosis with AI-driven workflows that initiate corrective action. It combines connectivity intelligence informed by 500 million devices with an open, vendor-agnostic architecture to perform multiple functions at once. It monitors the health and performance of every connected device in a subscriber’s home, dynamically optimizes Wi-Fi channel selection, bandwidth allocation and mesh network topology to deliver the best possible experience. In addition, the platform identifies emerging issues including interference, device failures, and bandwidth congestion, and resolves them proactively, often before the subscriber notices anything is wrong.

AI-Driven Customer Experience

Plume Platform: Agentic AI Customer Experience Orchestration

The Plume Platform takes a hybrid AI approach that sets it apart from generic chatbot solutions. Deterministic pathways built on deep ISP operational knowledge form the foundation. It is built on structured, auditable workflows that handle the complexity of real technical support and include the ability to read device telemetry, reboot routers, switch Wi-Fi channels and diagnose connectivity problems. Layered on top is an Agentic AI fabric that dynamically adapts each subscriber interaction based on who the customer is, what equipment they have, what is happening in the home network at that moment and what has already been tried to resolve the issue. The result is a system that doesn’t drift or guess and keeps the ISP in full control, while delivering care experiences that feel effortless and seamless to subscribers.

2026 Operator-Vendor Partnership of the Year

TELUS x Plume: AI-Powered Digital Care Transformation

Leading Canadian service provider TELUS partnered with Plume to help the ISP realize its ambitious customer experience vision. Unlike a conventional vendor relationship where technology is delivered and left for the operator to implement, TELUS and Plume operated as a single team with shared KPIs, joint planning sessions and co-ownership of outcomes at every stage. The deployment delivered a 91 percent digital engagement rate among customers who wanted to use the technology, an 80 percent digital resolution rate and prevented more than 550,000 support calls annually.

Together, the three finalist selections highlight Plume’s integration of network intelligence, automated customer care and unique operator collaboration to turn AI into practical service improvements. This approach helps ISP partners resolve problems faster and reduce support demand, building the subscriber confidence that supports retention and creates opportunities for revenue growth.

Winners will be announced Nov. 19, 2026, during Broadband Nation Expo and the co-located Data Center Excellence Summit at the Hilton Riverside New Orleans.
