Your data privacy at Plume

It is a leap of faith to entrust a business with your personal information. As you welcome Plume into your business, your trust is invaluable. Below you’ll find notes on data privacy and our complete Privacy Policy as it affects HomePass users.

We have launched two new privacy features:

GUARD A visit to a blocked website is viewable in your list of blocked events. You are able to clear this list at your discretion. This protects other HomePass users on your network from seeing your blocked visits, much like deleting your browser history.

GDPR & CCPA Compliance Users may delete their entire Plume account. This includes removing your network, purging all records from our customer relationship management software, everything. This deletion is permanent and in full. As always, users may always request a copy of the data that Plume houses which will be delivered via personal email in a series of .csv files.
